Wrap up of Emmy Awards 2022! White Lotus and Ted Lasso dominate the ceremony

Emmy Awards were held on Monday night; HBO was the big winner, with shows like The White Lotus and Succession taking home several trophies. The White House won six awards, including Outstanding Limited Series; Ted Lasso won four trophies, including Outstanding Comedy Series; and Succession won three awards, including Outstanding Drama series. 

Some of the Standout winners of the night, including Sheryl Lee Ralph, Lizzo, Quinta Brunson, Amanda Seyfried, and Jennifer Coolidge, earned their first-ever awards. Zendaya in her career won the second Outstanding Lead Actress award in HBO’s Euphoria following a 2020 award for the same series.
