The Rock may just drop a clip on Social media about his food or quality time with his children. It storms Social media. Dwayne Johnson has an insane diet. He carries food from home.

Dwayne is disciplined about his eating habits

Dwayne Johnson produced “Fighting with my family,” written by Stephen Merchant, where the writer spoke of “The Rock’s” diet. His experience was living to see his insane diet of Johnson.  Dwayne has his food packed for the meals throughout the day. Merchant said he couldn’t eat at restaurants because it would mess up his diet.

When he goes to dinner with friends, he’ll have to take his food to the restaurant and have them heat it because it’s such a structured diet. Dwayne Johnson is a big name. He is an actor and producer, so it is obvious he has many meetings, so it is obvious to think that Dwayne would walk up to the restaurants and order food, and discuss the plot.

But The Rock would meet you for lunch and dinner and carry his food. While you order food from the menu, Dwayne hands the Packed food from home and asks the waiter to heat it. Stephen isn’t the only celeb who spoke of Dwayne’s food habit. Many co-stars and producers have spoken of The Rock’s Food habits and the frequency of his meals. The calorie count and specific food are why he keeps going, and his physique is so toned.

The Rock Does have Cheat Days

During his cheat days, Dwayne doesn’t hold himself back and eats everything and a lot. If Rock walks into a restaurant on his cheat day, be ready for seeing everything to be there on his table from the menu.  The food will cost him a lot, but also he is the highest-paid producer, so why not?

Many celebs and influencers have tried eating like the Rock, but the discipline isn’t for a day, and safe to say no one can adopt his eating habits. While many of us can eat at a restaurant anytime apart from our cheat day, unfortunately, Dwayne Johnson can’t do the same.
