Is it “Halloween” meets “Haunted Mansion”? An actress known for her work in slasher movies, Jamie Lee Curtis, has been signed on to star in the upcoming Disney movie based on the theme-park ride. In addition to One Take News, several entertainment outlets have announced Curtis will be part of the project.
In response to One Take’s post, Curtis retweeted it without comment on her Instagram account, then posted a photo collage with Jared Leto, Leota, and herself. According to One Take, Leto had also joined the cast of “Haunted Mansion.”.According to reports, Curtis will portray Madame Leota, whose head floats inside a crystal ball in this attraction.

In October, she will premiere the film “Halloween Ends.
“Among the other cast members of “Mansion” are Tiffany Haddish, LaKeith Stanfield, Owen Wilson, and Danny DeVito.Justin Simien will direct the film, which is scheduled for release in March 2023. It isn’t the ride’s first time in theaters.
As Leota, Eddie Murphy, Terence Stamp, and Jennifer Tilly starred in Walt Disney Studios’ 2003 film “Haunted Mansion.” The movie grossed $182 million worldwide. Several of the attraction’s elements were featured in a Disney+ special entitled “Muppets Haunted Mansion” last year.
