The Amazing Spider-Man 3 Fan Poster Brings Back Venom, Black Cat, and , Mary Jane

Andrew Garfield’s web-slinger is joined by Venom, , , and Andrew Garfield’s Black Cat in this Amazing fan poster. A decade after Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Garfield returned in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

As the final installment in Jon Watts’ Homecoming trilogy, Marvel Studios brought back familiar faces from Sony’s past Spider-Man movies. It was Garfield and Tobey Maguire who made No Way Home one of the most underrated movies of the year.

The friendly neighborhood Spider-Men, however, caused cheers in theaters worldwide when they appeared on the screen. As they taught Tom Holland’s the meaning of “with great power comes great responsibility,” they were not disappointed.

At the end of No Way Home, all of the variants were sent back to their universes when Doctor Strange casts one final spell. Additionally, Eddie Brock/Venom’s short tenure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe came to an end with the movie’s mid-credits scene.

With films like Venom, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, Morbius, Kraven the Hunter, El Muerto, and Madame Web, Sony’s Spider-Man Universe continues to grow, but it is unclear if any of those characters will interact with Maguire.

Instagram user artoftimetravel recently shared a fan poster for The Amazing Spider-Man 3. MJ and Felicity Jones’ Felicia Hardy are the main characters in the piece, whose scenes were cut from The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

As a result of the release of No Way Home, Sony has been called upon to revive plans for The Amazing Spider-Man 3. Garfield and The Amazing Spider-Man, directed by Webb, on the whole, were well received both by fans and critics.

Audiences, however, rejected The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which halted all planned sequels and Sinister Six spinoffs. A deal was struck between Sony and Marvel Studios and a different approach was taken to building out its Sinister Six franchise.

As a result of No Way Home, interest is being reinvigorated in Garfield’s Peter Parker/Spider-Man and how The Amazing Spider-Man 2 paved the way for a third film. The future of Spider-Man may lie with Garfield, but it is unknown if Woodley or Jones will return to the role after all these years.

No Way Home, however, noted that Hardy’s Venom won’t appear in the MCU and, therefore, will not spider-man’s black suit will be up against Holland’s Spider-Man. It is not difficult to imagine Garfield’s character existing in the same universe as Venom, Morbius, and Vulture. A possible sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man if the studio decides to make it
