Rare appearance! Simon Cowell and his son on America’s Got Talent finale

On 13^th September, at America’s Got Talent finale, Simon Cowell, 62, and his son Eric hit the red carpet. It is in the form of father and son duo appearances where Eric’s mother, Lauren Silverman, 45, posed with them for a family photo. Appearances of the family were Simon opted for his staple black t-shirt and jeans while Lauren shined in a maroon one-shoulder gown. Eric looks casual with his dad in a blue polo by Lacoste, blue jeans, and white Nike sneakers.

Simon spoke to American Idol alum Kelly Clarkson 40 about his son in 2021. He also revealed that his fatherhood had changed him a lot. He told the Kelly Clarkson show host, ‘After I lost my parents, I genuinely felt, Kelly, I would never feel that kind of lover for anyone again, and I saw the scan of him for the first time.

Simon adores Eric

Simon told Kelly that his life is now unimaginable without his boy. He added, ‘I cannot imagine my life without him. He is the most amazing thing ever to me, and I adore him.

Simon and his son Eric were as close as they were working on a series of children’s books together. On 24^th February 2020, Simon took on Instagram to reveal their book deal with Hachette Children’s Group. The deal was impressive because he is already the creator of The X Factor and Got Talent TV franchises. 

He is 62 years old and known for being a judge on the hit TV competition American Idol where he appeared from 2002 to 2010. After eight years, Simon decided to leave the show and focus on his projects.
