The distiller attributes the product’s distinctively smooth flavour to the combination of spring waters from the Jalisco state mountains with the agave nectar and the exact method of baking the agave at 194° F for 48 hours. Intense notes of caramel, spice, and vanilla abound in Rey Sol Añejo. It ends with a nutty flavour that makes you think of nuts.
