Don't Worry Darling is a 2022 American psychological thriller film directed by Olivia Wilde. The event Don't Worry Darling was held in New York City with two missing faces. Florence Pugh and Chris Pine, not in attendance with the rest of the cast, greeted the audience with a video message before the movie on the 19th of September and explained their absence.
The duo is working on their separate projects, with Florence filming for Dune: Part 2 and Chris working on a movie in California. ‘Even though I'm working halfway around the world, ‘Florence said in their joint message with Chris adding, I'm in Los Angeles in production myself.' Florence said, ‘we did not want to miss the opportunity to thank you for coming to experience Don't Worry Darling in IMAX.'

Florence skipped most of her appearances for Don't Worry Darling, possibly due to the fallout between her and director Olivia Wilde. She previously thanked the supporters and crew for their work on this project. The Midsommar actress wrote a message following the film on 5th September at the Venice Film Festival that she appeared for the premiere and red carpet before returning to work on Dune 2.
On 7th September, Florence wrote in an Instagram post, ‘we premiered in Venice! A huge wonderful win in itself. I'd never been to the Venice Film Festival before… It was mega! The crowds! Cheers! The energy was incredible. She also added. ‘And to all the cast and crew and those who helped make the movie, thank you for all your hard work. We wouldn't have been there without your talent, and we greatly appreciate it.
