The information that numerous unexpected additions will be made to the cast of the next Captain America: New World Order was scattered amid the dozens of announcements and expos made by Marvel as part of the D23 Expo. Marvel's new Captain America, Anthony Mackie, will be joined in the film by a few actors from his most recent TV series, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, including Danny Ramirez, who played Joaquin Torres, the young hero who takes over the mantle of Falcon from Mackie after he was the new Cap, and Carl Lumbly, who ended up playing Isaiah Bradley.
However, the Captain America cast in the movie also includes some fresh faces. Tim Blake Nelson will play the Leader, a well-known Hulk antagonist from Marvel Comics who made his MCU debut in The Incredible Hulk in 2008 but hasn't appeared in a film or television program since. Sabra, one of the few renowned Israeli superheroes from Marvel Comics, will also appear in New World Order. Shira Haas, an Israeli actress who gained recognition abroad for her performance in the 2020 Netflix series Unorthodox, will play the role.

Sabra made her comic book début in The Incredible Hulk at the beginning of the 1980s. Bill Mantlo, a writer, and Sal Buscema, an artist, came up with her.
Sabra, whose real name is Ruth Bat-Seraph, is a mutant like Wolverine and the other X-Men, however, there's no certainty that this aspect of her character will be preserved in the MCU adaptation. Lately allusions that mutants will be included in the MCU, such as Professor Xavier's appearance in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness and the revelation that Kamala Khan, the MCU's Ms. Marvel is a mutant rather than an Inhuman.

Sabra possesses superhuman strength, speed, agility, and endurance as well as the ability to fly with the aid of specialized equipment. She has fought the Hulk several times in Marvel Comics, and she has also collaborated with certain international X-Men. She has not yet been explained in relation to Captain America: New World Order's strategy.
