The 42-year-old singer and fashion designer shared a feisty fashion moment on Instagram on Wednesday as she said Cabo San Lucas farewell.

In the photo, Simpson posed on the sand wearing a cutout-style black one-piece and accessorized with a large pair of black sunglasses and stiletto high heels. 

The singer captioned the photo, tagging husband Eric Johnson, “The sun is settin’ on the most romantic, seductive and well deserved (if I do say so myself) Mexican holiday with my forever sweetheart.”

Awww, I’ll miss this, but I’ll bring home a lot more passion for everyone and everything, Simpson said.

She ended by saying, “Bye Cabo San Lucas.”

The “With You” singer talked about a recent trip to Cabo San Lucas in April. While there, she donned a bikini, something Simpson didn’t feel comfortable doing again.

She remarked then, “I never thought of being in a bikini again because I was stretched out as big as the couch. “

After saying, “It really made me emotional,” Simpson went on to say that she posted pictures of herself wearing the swimsuit on social media to serve as a constant reminder to herself that “the unthinkable can happen.”

And it was a significant time for her as a woman to look as fantastic as she felt. “You understand yourself and feel wonderful on the outside, and you are proud of yourself and deserve it. The potential is endless if those two factors come together.”
