In the Sunday episode of 90 Day Fiance, Sumit’s mother forbids him and Jenny from even going to her funeral

In the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily, Ever After, an episode that aired on Sunday night, Sumit’s mother asked him not to attend his parent’s funeral after his parents learned that their son had married an American woman who is 30 years older than him. This has caused anger and frustration in Sumit’s parents, making his mom utter.

“It doesn’t seem like you’re our son, You won’t be invited to anything. Even your mother and father’s funeral when we die. You will pay for your actions in your next life.”   On hearing this, Sumit is grief-stricken and says he feels like he is an outsider to his own country and feels like somebody put their finger inside his mouth and tore his heart out of his chest.

The conversation was on the verge that his mother gave a sticking point as he was made to choose between his parents and his American wife.  His mom said,  “Don’t ever show your face at home. And I don’t want to see you. That’s it, that’s all I’m gonna say and go. We do not need your love or your kindness, It’s either Jenny or your father and mother.”

A heartsore scene followed this for Sumit and his parents as they left Sumit’s house. Despite the heated argument, Sumit still consoled his mother by hugging her before she got into the care.  Sumit’s mother is adamant about accepting Jenny, and it seems she will never accept Jenny as her daughter-in-law. 

Jenny’s rage at Sumit

Jenny raged at Sumit as he left her alone and chose his mother over her, and when he went back to his house to talk to her, he got into another intense argument. Sumit spoke about worsening the situation in his argument with Jenny, and his mother disowned him. 

In his confession, Sumit said he now needs Jenny’s support and wants her by his side as he sacrificed his family just for Jenny, and now she is screaming at him, which is unacceptable.  A cool happy life has now transformed into a steamy hot argument, and fans are waiting for Sumit’s parents to accept Jenny as their daughter-in-law.
