In the Jennifer Flavin divorce, Sylvester Stallone denies intentional dissipation of marital assets

After the divorce petition, Sylvester Stallone has been separated from his wife, Jennifer Flavin, and has refused her accusation that he had purposefully spent down their shared marital assets.

According to the court documents submitted in Palm Beach County, Florida, Sylvester Stallone denied her claims. 

engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion, and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate

He also objected to Jennifer Flavin’s demand for “exclusive usage” of their Palm Beach estate while the divorce was legally settled. In addition, his separated wife asked the court to record any “behavior of each party” that would prolong the separation procedure to “lower the cost” of legal fees. 

Jennifer Flavin “hired counsel to represent her and agreed to pay them their legal fees,” Stallone retorted. The fact that their marriage is “irretrievably dissolved” was acknowledged by him, yet he did not object to her request to “return” her maiden name.

Who filed for divorce?

Jennifer Flavin filed this divorce following the photo that covered a tattoo of her face that he had on his right bicep. On it, he had another new tattoo of bullmastiff Butkus, the dog from the Rocky films.

When the actor’s agent was contacted, he explained that covering up had nothing to do with his affection for his wife and said

Mr. Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife, Jennifer, however, the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable. As a result, he had to cover the original image with a tattoo of his dog from Rocky, Butkus. Mr. Stallone loves his family. The Stallones are presently filming a reality show together, which will debut on Paramount

Reason for their marriage to an end

The couple had a steamy argument over the pet Rottweiler named Dwight. But also claimed that is not the reason as the actor is often busy filming for new projects and confirmed that he did not end their relationship for such small arguments. It is just that they went in different directions, and he still has huge respect for his former wife, and he will always love her. She called her an amazing woman and agreed that she had never met anyone like her.

He admitted to covering her face on his arm but confirmed that he still had her big tattoo across his back. In an exclusive statement to People, Jennifer Flavin said she is sad about her announcement that 25 years of marriage has ended as she has filed for divorce from Sylvester Stallone. She will always cherish the 30-year relationship with him as they have their daughter’s commitment, and she asked for some privacy as they need to move ahead in their life.
