The first birthday of Cardi B and Offset’s baby Wave was recently celebrated, and the happy parents invited their families to join in the festivities.
Videos of the two rappers, together with their daughter Kulture and Offset’s daughters Kaela, Kody, and Jordan, surfaced online on September 4 and showed them all hanging out at what appeared to be an elaborate party for Wave. The party was thrown in honor of Wave.
Within the context of one of the recordings, the whole family can be seen appearing to pose for photographs while dressed identically in denim suits. In several of the videos, Cardi B and Offset are seen hanging out with Wave, who appears to be confused.
Offset also celebrated his kid’s birthday by posting on Instagram a throwback video of the two of them together when they were younger along with a message wishing young Wave a happy birthday. Wave is Offset’s son. Offset stated in an Instagram post, “MY BIG WAVE IS 1 YEAR OLD TODAY I LOVE YOU BIG MAN11.”
A number of the native Atlantans’ contemporaries and colleagues also left comments on the page. These included Chance the Rapper, who rapped “HBD MY BOY,” and DJ Khaled, who wrote “GOD DID” as an additional comment.
Additionally, Ludacris responded to the post with a crown emoji. After recent claims that the Father of Four rappers had an affair with Saweetie, Offset and Cardi B took their family to celebrate Wave’s first birthday together. Cardi addressed these rumors on Twitter while engaging in a back-and-forth with a troll around a month ago.
“No baby you lying!” Cardi penned a letter in reaction to the claim made by the troll. “You’re making crazy lies starting shit and putting female rappers in it WITH NO RECEIPTS, no blog ever commented on this all of a sudden you got out of jail five days ago and you made up lies for two hours with NO RECEIPTS!”
Nevertheless, Offset and Cardi B appear to be on amicable terms about their relationship, despite the pressure from the outside world that is being exerted on their partnership. On August 10, the married couple engaged in conversation on Twitter about the possibility of acquiring the home of their dreams while also providing positive encouragement to one another.
Cardi B commented next to the photo, “Took a picture in this house I want to purchase,” and the caption was attached to the photo. “To serve as a gentle reminder to push me further, watch me obtain it.”
Offset’s response was, “Damn, you want this house. Don’t worry about it; we’re going to get it!” After the dissolution of the Migos, Cardi B has been vocal in her support of her husband Offset’s ongoing legal dispute with his record company Quality Control over the rights to his solo career. This dispute stems from the fact that Offset was once a member of the Migos.
