After showing a sneak peek of the upcoming movie on Saturday, the Hollywood star gave an emotional speech at the event in Anaheim, California, where he showed up by surprise. As he looked like he was crying on stage, Ford, who is 80, said, “Thank you for making these movies so great for all of us to watch. I’m happy to say that this one is great.”
He also said, “And this is one of the reasons,” while pointing at Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Ford said, “The Indiana Jones movies are about fantasy and mystery, but they’re also about heart.” “We have a great story to tell and a movie that will kick your ass,” they said.

He also said that the new movie might be his last as Indiana Jones “Here we are. I will not fall down for you again. But, thanks a lot.” Ford was back as the main character, and Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Antonio Banderas, Boyd Holbrook, Shaunette Renée Wilson, Thomas Kretschmann, and Toby Jones were among the other actors who also came back.
Ford has played the part in four movies so far: Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1981, Temple of Doom in 1984, The Last Crusade in 1989, and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull in 2001. (2008). Even though the movie’s trailer hasn’t been released yet, Empire Magazine said on Twitter that the clip was “extremely action-packed.” The publication said, “There was a desert, there was a sea, and it looked like there were flashbacks with a younger Harrison Ford.” Steven Spielberg will not be in charge of the movie for the first time in the series’s history. Instead, James Mangold, who directed Logan, is in charge. Steven Spielberg, Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall, and Simon Emanuel are the producers.

Mangold said in a press release that he was excited to start a new adventure and work with a “dream team” of all-time great filmmakers. “My artistic heroes are Steven, Harrison, Kathy, Frank, and John. I can’t help but feel as lucky as Indiana Jones when I think about Phoebe, who is a great actor with a brilliant creative voice. She will also bring chemistry to our set, which I’m sure will be great.”
