The star of Disney’s Star Wars television series The Mandalorian, Din Djarin, was last seen not all that long ago. The character (played by Pedro Pascal) was significantly featured in the first season of The Book of Boba Fett, nearly taking over the show from its title character for a few weeks, even though Season 2 of the drama ended in late 2020.
A heartbreaking reunion between Mando and Grogu, also known as “Baby Yoda” to his less informed admirers, following their separation at the end of The Mandalorian Season 2 so that the adorable widdle alien could start his Jedi training, was shown later in that episode.
The Mandalorian Season 3 will soon be available on Disney+, so we’re about to find out. Lucasfilm unveiled the first trailer for the upcoming episodes at the D23 expo.
Mando is informed in it that he now belongs to “a clan of two” consisting of the mysterious Armorer and Grogu. He is “a Mandalorian no more,” though, after taking off his helmet in earlier seasons.
Along with Mando in his new spacecraft being followed by hostile forces and an entire crew of nasty Mandalorians, the teaser also showcases Katee Sackhoff’s return as Bo-Katan.
Along with Carl Weathers’ Greef Karga, Giancarlo Esposito’s Moff Gideon, Katee Sackhoff’s Bo-Katan, and Amy Sedaris’ Peli Motto, The Mandalorian Season 3 will also see their comebacks. Early in 2023, Disney+ is anticipated to host The Mandalorians premiere.
