A major fall flick of Warner Bros., Don’t Worry Darling, has become enmeshed in distinctly online controversy for doing the right thing, such as giving a promising non-white director $20-$30 million to produce an original, star-driven, adult-skewing, R-rated studio film.

Those outside the bubble won’t be affected by online handwringing if Olivia Wilde’s movie is well-reviewed, commercial, and appealing to the masses. As I have not seen the film featuring Florence Pugh, Chris Pine, and Harry Styles, I cannot comment on its quality or commercial appeal.

Gorgeous couple

History, however, has shown that audiences will not change their mind about watching a movie if they want to. If they don’t, then this is even more irrelevant. The couple got takeout together a few weeks ago in the Big Apple.

As they exited the restaurant, the couple looked gorgeous in their low-key attire, looking fantastic as they left the restaurant. Tom’s brother, Harry Holland, 23, joined them for the trip.
