Chrissy shared some astonishing details of the time she lost her son Jack

Chrissy was at Propper Daley's “A Day of Unreasonable Conversation,” where she opened up about her past abortion times. It was the most heartbreaking moment of her life.

“Two years ago, when I was pregnant with Jack, John, and my third child, I had to make many difficult and heartbreaking decisions. It became clear around halfway through that he would not survive and that I wouldn't either without any medical intervention.”Chrissy Tiegen added.

Earlier, Chrissy had revealed it was a pregnancy loss. Although on Thursday, she shared that it was a life-changing abortion for her.

She said, “Let's call it what it was: It was an abortion,” she said. “An abortion to save my life for a baby that had no chance. And to be honest, I never, ever put that together until, actually, a few months ago.”

The cookbook author was her husband, John Legend, who acknowledged the Supreme Court's decision on abortion.

The model further added

“I fell silent, feeling weird that I hadn't made sense of it that way. I told the world we had a miscarriage, the world agreed we had a miscarriage. All the headlines said it was a miscarriage. And I became frustrated that I didn't, in the first place, say what it was, and I felt silly that it had taken me over a year to understand that we had had an abortion.”

Chrissy and John are the parents of Luna and Miles. They are now expecting their third child.

She said, “I had asked my mom and John to take pictures, no matter how uncomfortable it was,” she wrote. “I explained to a very hesitant John that I needed them and did not want ever to have to ask. That he just had to do it. He hated it. I could tell.”

The model shared that it was important to her even though it may not have made sense to take pictures of herself while crying.

But she had to cherish and share it with the world like she shared the happy memories of her when she had Luna and Miles or, for that matter, when she walked down the Aisle. Sharing the story of her abortion with the world was as important.

Chrissy and John Legend announced they are expecting another baby. This one is special; it is a Rainbow child, as they announced via their Instagram account last month.

She shared about fearing pregnancy after losing her child Jack.

She said, “Every appointment I've said to myself, ‘ok if it's healthy today I'll announce,' but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I'm just too nervous still.”
