An 1899 mystery horror TV series is being teased by Netflix

A new trailer has been released by Netflix for its new mystery TV horror series 1899. Jantje Friese and Baran bo Odar created the new series, which will premiere on Netflix sometime in 2022 in the fall and winter.

New York City is the destination for a group of European migrants leaving London aboard a steamship. After encountering another migrant vessel adrift on the open sea, their journey begins to become a nightmare.

Maura Franklin is portrayed by Emily Beecham; Aneurin Barnard is played by Andreas Pietschmann; Miguel Bernardeau is portrayed by Maciej Music; Rosalie Craig is portrayed by Clara Rosager; Maria Erwolter plays Maria Erwolter; Martin Greis-Rosenthal plays Martin Greis-Rosenthal; Isabella Wei plays Isabella Wei, and Jonas Bloquet portrays Jonas Bloquet.
