‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 17 finale is just around the corner. Here is the update on the scheduled dates

America’s Got Talent is approaching an entertaining season with talented performers, wowing judging panels and the public. Judges like , , , and Sofia Vergara once again appeared on the stage as season 17 aired on NBC. 

The auditions have been whittled down to 11 acts performing at the grand finale. The set will be hosted by Brooklyn 99 actor hoping to walk away with a $1 million prize.

Geared up to rock the place

For the season 17 finale, America Got talent judges Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell are ready, and Host Terry Crews is also ready to rock the stage. On 13th September, America Got Talent is scheduled to air. Hence the result will be revealed by the evening of 14th September. The episodes begin at 8 pm.

Acts in the Finale

Avery Dixon, 21, is a saxophonist from Atlanta, Georgia. Terry Crews hit Golden Buzzer from him at his first audition.

Drake Milligan is a singer from Fort Worth, Texas. He auditioned for the 18th season of American Idol so that fans may recognize him. 

Chapel Hear is a trio. They vowed in their first audition with their song. You Can Have Him, Jolene.

Yu Hojin

Yu Hojin, 29, is a magician from Seoul, South Korea. During his first audition, Simon Cowell said no to him while he got yes from all the other judges.

Nicolas RIBS is also a magician. At his original audition, he performs close-up magic and turns playing cards into 3D objects.

Sara James

Sara James was a 13 years old singer who impressed the judges with her audition of Billie Eilish’s song ‘Lovely.’ She was Simon Cowell’s Golden Buzzer act on season 17 of America Got Talent.


They are a multimedia act, as they vowed with their use of AI technology.

Mike E. Winfield is a comedian from Baltimore, Maryland. At his first audition, he received standing ovations from all four judges

Semifinals week

In week 5 of the semifinals, 11 acts took to the stage where fans have been voting for their favourite act since the end of the episodes.

On 6th September, Urbancrew Flyers of the south, Travis Japan, Shu Takada, Mayyas, Mervant, Vera, Blade 2 Blade, Jordan Conley, Kristen Cruz, Kristy Sellars, Max Ostler, and Aubrey Burchell took the stage in the evening having a last chance to impress the judges.

The top two acts were chosen from the public votes for the final, but the judges chose the third act from the group to be back on the next stage of the competition.
