“Miyagi-Verse” expanded today with a gallery of first-look images for Cobra Kai Season 5. Cobra Kai Season 5 kicks you in the breadbasket on September 9 with new characters, new drama, and no mercy.

Sean Kanan plays Mike Barnes in Cobra Kai’s new season, and Alicia Hannah-Kim takes on the role of South Korean sensei Kim Da-Eun in her debut. “The new season of Netflix’s Tulum teased executive producers Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg about the new season.

“As Terry Silver [Thomas Ian Griffith] calls on some old friends to engulf the Valley, Daniel and Johnny will need all the help they can get to stop Cobra Kai.” Despite being a villain in the third Karate Kid movie, Mike becomes a friend in Cobra Kai.

To give an example, Chozen Toguchi (Yuji Okumoto) and Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) are currently working together to bring Silver to heel. What is Mike’s relationship with Miyagi-do? In the meantime, Kim has clearly transformed into a villainous character after joining Cobra Kai.

Season 5 finds Terry Silver expanding the Cobra Kai empire and trying to make his “No Mercy” style of karate the only one left. When Kreese is behind bars and Lawrence focuses on repairing the damage he’s caused, Daniel LaRusso must turn to an old friend for help.

Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg’s production company, Counterbalance Entertainment, wrote and produced Cobra Kai. Are Susan Ekins and Westbrook Entertainment, along with Caleeb Pinkett and James Lassiter, executive producing? In addition to Ralph Macchio, William Zabka also serves as an executive producer.
