Aggravating! Tiffany Haddish claims she regrets taking part in an embarrassing sketch and being accused of child sex assault

She said she regretted participating in comedy sketches that amounted to child sexual abuse after allegations that she had been involved in them. Last week, Haddish and fellow comedian Aries Spears were accused of child sexual abuse.

According to the lawsuit, two anonymous plaintiffs claim that the comedians recruited them to perform indecent acts for comedy sketches filmed between 2013 and 2014. In a statement posted on her Instagram, Haddish explained that she understands people have many questions.

She is right there with you. Unfortunately, I can’t give much more information now because of an ongoing legal case. It was, however, not funny — and I regret acting in it, even though we intended it to be funny.

She said she looked forward to sharing more details about the situation as soon as possible. According to Haddish’s attorney, Andrew Brettler, the lawsuit was frivolous and meant to intimidate Haddish for money. He called it frivolous and an attempt to shake her down.

During the alleged incidents, the plaintiffs were 7 and 14, respectively. Haddish and Spears are alleged to have intentionally inflicted emotional distress, engaged in gross negligence, failed to supervise, violated their fiduciary duties, committed constructive fraud, committed sexual battery, attempted sexual harassment, and abused minors, among other things.

The accusation of the sexual filming

In the lawsuit, Haddish is accused of filming a sexually suggestive video with Jane Doe, then 14. According to the suit, the comedians asked the minor to watch a video featuring women eating sandwiches, moaning, and making sexual noises as they ate them, simulating fellatio, according to the complaint.

Afterward, Spears instructed Jane Doe to mimic what had happened to her in the video, including the sounds, which were the same as what she had heard. Afterward, Haddish allegedly demonstrated fellatio to Jane Doe, including movements, sounds, moans, and groans.

In 2014, Haddish contacted the mother about filming a video with her son, John Doe, titled Through a Pedophile’s Eyes. A year after filming the video, Haddish reached out to the mother, asking if she wanted to film another one.

As part of the lawsuit, the plaintiffs allege that John Haddish was present during the video filming and that Spears was shown lusting over the 7-year-old boy and molesting him throughout it. The lawsuit said that after filming ended, John called his mother crying, saying he didn’t want to do any more filming.
